The trip down to San Diego was tons of fun. I didn't get the chance to interview anyone about cosplay but I did get some good observation notes. I'm very grateful to be back.
Unfortunately, my other half has learned recently that he has skin cancer. He is going to be undergoing some tests and also another procedure to remove more skin at the site. We are both a bit worried about whether or not the cancer cells have spread. I'm trying not to think about the worst case scenario and consider ourselves very lucky to have health insurance. Any suggestions on treatment would be very welcome. I'm hoping that this will inspire both of us to take better care of our bodies.

I am fascinated by the SD Comic Con but it does not matter.
I am hopeful for the holistic welness of your other half.
Here are somethings to watch.

Thanks so much, Samme, for the link! I have been researching a bit on my own, especially about how diet and how it can effect the body's ability to heal and prevent illness.
Namaste!
